Mystic Divine Nourishing Masque and Mane n Tail

Recently I came across Mystic Divine Nourishing Masque in Sally's. I wanted a conditioner since I had taken my ombre hair color out and my hair was a little dry. Mystic was on sale buy one get one free it smelled pretty good and looked thick I figured it wouldn't be too bad. Well I tried the conditioner and didn't like it. This hair masque was like a normal conditioner to me there was nothing special about it at all. After I rinsed it off and blew out my hair I saw no difference at all. Now I honestly don't like to review things bad but since I know it's on sale I just thought I would inform you all that the sale is not worth it at all.

Another hair product I really disliked was Mane n Tail. I have very long hair so the bottom begins to thin out and get weak. This shampoo and conditioner is suppose to strengthen the hair and help it grow out. I used this stuff for a month and did not like it. First the smell was plain I like my shampoo and conditioner to have a nice scent so that when I blow it out you can still smell the shampoo in my hair and with this it smelled like nothing. I saw no difference in my hair at all after using this for a month. One good thing about it is that it cleans your hair out really good so if you have product build up in your hair then this is good for that cause it definitely cleans out your hair. This shampoo for me was over drying my hair was not soft after I used this. Like I mentioned I tried it for a full month so I really did give it a chance but this product was not for me and not what I was expecting at all.

Tokidoki

Tokidoki is a line I have been obsessed with for a few years now. Tokidoki has cute little characters such as  cactus characters to donut people and unicorns. Sounds weird right? Wait till you see the characters they are super adorable! Tokidoki has toys, clothes, jewelry, bags, hats, makeup and much more. They have Hello Kitty Tokidoki and even Marvel Tokidoki. I thought I would share with you all this line because often when I ask others if they have heard of Tokidoki they have no clue what I'm talking about. Below I have some pics of a few items that I personally love from Tokidoki I won't put everything I like because of course that would be way too much! Hope you all enjoy and become familiar with Tokidoki!

New VS Perfect Body Collection

So I recently came across this new collection from Victoria's Secret called VS Perfect Body. I was looking for some body washes and an exfoliater because lately the weather here in my area has been making my skin kinda dry. When I walked into the store they had a display in the front for the new VS Perfect Body collection. I tried the lotion and loved the smell it had a really nice clean smell and I realized at the end of the mall trip I could still smell the lotion on me. I ended up purchasing a kit that came with the pink sugar bar soap, the coconut moisturizing body wash, the hand lotion, a body lotion and an exfoliater.

So first lets get into the bar soap. The soap has shea butter and pink sugar its very moisturizing and it immediately made my skin soft. The soap I got was a smaller size so it didn't have the massaging nubs like the large one does. The soap has a clean smell with a hint of sweetness to it. Overall I love the soap which is a big deal for me because I despise bar soaps well at least from what I've experienced they have all made my skin feel really dry.

Now for the exfoliater. Im huge on exfoliaters as I mentioned earlier I was on a hunt for an one I have to exfoliate at least once a month. The VS exfoliater has fine grained Himalayan sea salt which is suppose to make your skin look brighter, softer and smoother. I love the way the exfoliater smelled but I didn't like the texture of the exfoliater. I normally like a more grittier and tougher exfoliater I like to feel it scrubbing this one wasn't that tough it was a littly soapy and stung my skin a little when I shaved. What I did like about it was that after I washed it off it left a smooth feeling to my legs immediately. I wouldn't say it's the best exfoliater I've ever used but it wasn't  bad and loved the soft feeling it left and the smell.

                                                                           18.00

The kit I purchased also included the coconut oil body wash. So first I would definitely recommend using a loofah with this wash because it is watery. It's actually very soapy but comes out watery even when you shake the wash up. I loved the smell of it although I don't think it smells like coconuts at all. The wash is very moisturizing like the bar soap.

                                                                            14.00

The kit included a lotion which out of the whole kit this is my favorite. The lotion is sweet almond oil which has shea butter and almond oil. Its very lightweight but really moisturizing. The smell last for hours you don't need to wear a perfume with this because the lotion itself is has a strong fragrance to it. I would definitely say it's in the top 3 of my favorite lotions I've ever tried.

                                                                             18.00

Hand lotion was in the kit as well it smells just like the body lotion except its thicker. This lotion feels thick at first but immediatly turns into a lightweight lotion as you rub it in to your hands and it does't make your hands feel greasy which is an issue that a lot of hand creams sometimes have. It has shea butter, vitamin E and superfruit extracts.

                                                                             12.00

Overall I thought the VS Perfect Body kit was pretty good I purchased it for only 25 dollars and it gave small sizes so that you can try it out and see if you like it. I will be going back to buy full sizes of the product and I'm really interested in their body mask it's like a mask you would put on your face except for your body so as soon as I try that out I will give you all an update on that!

Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs

So recently I had been searching for leg coverage due to the fact I have small spots left behind from bug bites. Obviously I'm still on the hunt to get rid of the spots but in the meantime I needed something to cover up the spots when I show my legs which is most of the time I live in Florida! So I came across Sally Hansens Airbrush Legs. This is suppose to cover freckles veins or any imperfections on the legs and give you the appearance of perfect legs.

When I used this I first made sure to exfoliate my legs and the moisturize to start with a smooth surface. The bottle says to spray the formula onto your hands but I like to spray it directly on my legs holding the can about 6 to 8 inches away from my legs I then immediately blend out with my hands. Its very easy to blend and easy to wash off hands with some soap.

The coverage is pretty decent its lightweight you don't feel like you even have it on. The smell is light and you don't smell anything after about 5 minutes. It does have a shimmer to it in the sun which I don't mind I think it actually looks pretty but if you aren't into any type of sparkle even if it's only in the sun then I wouldn't recommend this for you. When I put on my clothes it doesn't rub off but I did have a little experience at the store when I tried on really tight white pants with the Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs on my legs and it got on the white pants but of course that as a horrible idea! I completely forgot that I had that on!

Overall I would rate this a 8 out of 10 I think it makes your legs look pretty and gives a little coverage but the coverage isn't extreme so if that's something you are looking for then this isn't for you. This product is great if you want a little tan to your legs I think it makes a great tanner it instantly gave my legs a pretty glow. Product is affordable at 11.99 especially when most people would use something like an airbrush machine which is very costly as many of you know. Below are some before and after pics so you all get an idea of how the product worked on me

Ocean Mists Cosmetics

I recently came across Ocean Mist Cosmetics and tried out a few things. Some of the things I tried out were the mineral foundation, the concealer a few of their shadows, blush and some of their face and body glitter. Their prices are very reasonable their mineral powder foundation is slightly higher than drugstore brand but definitely cheaper than high end brands.

So first lets get into the mineral foundation, their mineral powder foundation gave full coverage was super lightweight and felt like you had no makeup on. The foundation looked very natural and looked as if you had nothing on but gave you flawless looking skin. As I mentioned earlier the cost of this is a little more than drugstore brand priced at 14.95 but again cheaper than high end brands.

Their concealer was nice and lightweight but honestly the mineral foundation gives you great enough coverage to where you don't really need the concealer! With just the foundation alone it gives you just enough coverage.

Their shadows are beautiful! They have great pigmentation and blend perfectly. I love the white gold eye shadow it was definitely my favorite shadow its perfect for putting in the inner corner of the eyes and brightens up your eyes instantly.

Blushes were very natural looking and gave a nice glow to the face without being exaggerated. The blush was very lightweight and gave a youthful look to the face instantly.

Ocean Mist face and body glitter was very pretty but I would definitely recommend using lash glue to put the glitter on your eyes or a shadow underneath that matches the glitter.

So using Ocean Mist Cosmetics I did a makeover on my sister so here are some pics so you all can see the transformation and how beautiful the makeup is. Also no editing was done to these photos!!! Also heres the link to their site so you all can check it out.
